I don’t like to start on a negative but these past 12-14 months have been tough on the service with Covid hitting our staffing levels, up until then we had been lucky enough to avoid it mostly. This hit at the worst time for us, winter shrub cutting time.

As you are all aware, unlike any other parish we have more shrubs than grass so we don’t get too much respite in the winter months.

Having said all that I am tremendously happy with the work the team have put in to catch up on lost hours, they have worked really hard and the inclusion of our new team member has been fantastic.
